fix(chat): 会话列表长标题溢出遮挡删除按钮

Browse Source 
- 会话行/第二行加 min-w-0，agent 名可截断
- ScrollArea 视口覆盖 display:table（[&_[data-slot=scroll-area-viewport]>div]:block!），消除横向撑开
