refactor(worker): 关闭跨 engagement 记忆，收敛默认工具面

- 移除 worker 的 memory 挂载：删掉两处 SetMemory 调用及 worker.go
  里的 mem 字段/SetMemory 方法/opts.Memory 装配，RecallMemory、
  RecordMemory 两个工具及每轮记忆自动注入不再启用。
- worker 默认工具集剔除 MultiEdit/Glob/Grep：新增 defaultToolsExcept
  按名过滤 SDK 默认工具；文件精改用 Edit、检索走 Bash(grep/find)。
  planner/mainagent 不受影响。
