feat(mock): 补全工具执行 / LLM 录制的 mock 数据

- data：commandRecords(curl/sqlmap/ffuf/nmap + 超时报错)、llmRecords
  (worker/planner，含一条 429 error) + llmRecordDetail(带 req/resp body)
- handler：/commands、/llm/records、/llm/records/{id} 路由
