feat: 任务发现 Tab 的漏洞行支持跳转到漏洞详情页

每条发现行(finding_id 存在时)加「详情」链接 → /function/findings/detail?id=<finding_id>。
finding_id 由 per-task DTO 经 node_id 关联独立 findings 行填充。
