feat(findings): structured reproduction steps with per-step traffic bind

Align finding detail reproduction with AntiFox: store reproduction JSONB
(entry_point/prerequisites/steps/provenance), bind traffic via step_index,
syntax-highlight HTTP in steps/traffic panel, fall back to legacy evidence
when reproduction is absent. Old findings are not backfilled.

fix(evidence): traffic_search 描述迁移出错不再中断后续 reporter 迁移

description UPDATE 失败时原会 return 整个 seedFindingWorkflowTools,连累
independent 的 v2_reporter 迁移一起被跳过。改为出错仅 log、不置 flag(下次
启动重试),继续执行后续迁移。
